PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer video in accordance with a situation around a child. SOLUTION: This data managing method includes: a process for reading photographing terminal information corresponding to a browsing terminal from an information storing part for storing the information of the photographing state of a terminal that is paired with a browsing terminal, the photographing terminal information indicating a terminal that currently photographs video to be transferred to the browsing terminal, information for determining whether a distance between the terminal is paired with the browsing terminal and a terminal that is not paired with the browsing terminal is within a predetermined distance, and determining whether a photographing terminal exists; an extraction process for extracting a terminal in a photographing state existing within the predetermined distance from a terminals that is paired with the browsing terminal when the photographing terminal does not exist; a process for storing information indicating any terminal among the extracted terminals in the photographing state as photographing terminal information in the information storing part; a process for determining whether a distance between a terminal that is paired with the browsing terminal at prescribed timing and the photographing terminal specified by the photographing terminal information is within the predetermined distance; and a process for executing processing after the extraction process when the distance is not within the predetermined distance.
