PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve unification of operability and high browsability by utilizing a blank table becoming the base of electronic program guide also for other contents. SOLUTION: A television apparatus 1 utilizes a blank table used for forming an electronic program guide also for displaying the registration content of bookmark, the access history, the setting items, and the storage content of a recording medium thus forming a bookmark table, an access history table, a setting table, and a storage content table. Since each table thus formed has an operation specification equivalent to the electronic program guide, user-friendliness is improved and high browsability can be ensured because many contents arranged on a table can be displayed on one screen. On the manufacturer side of the television apparatus 1, exclusive design is required conventionally for displaying the registration content of bookmark, the access history, the setting items, and the storage content, but development cost and the time necessary for completion can be reduced by using the blank table commonly.
