Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction in size and weight as a whole by simplifying a structure for elevating/rotating a suction nozzle that extracts an electronic component from a component supply device so as to mount it on a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: When an elevating motor 32 is energized, a current flows in each coil 34. A thrust force is generated by the interaction between the generated magnetic field and each magnet 33 inside a shaft 30. Accordingly, the shaft 30 and a suction nozzle 24 are lowered while being guided by a plurality of guide grooves 41 formed on the outer peripheral face of the shaft 30, a plurality of guide grooves 42 formed on the inner peripheral face of a rotor 38, and a plurality of balls 43. When an ultrasonic motor 40 is energized, a piezoelectric element 39 is subjected to ultrasonic oscillation and then an electrostriction phenomenon occurs. Therefore, the rotor 38 is advanced and rotated. Consequently, the shaft 30 and the suction nozzle 24 are rotated together with the rotor 38. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
