Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel of resistance membrane type in which malfunction caused by contact of different kinds of materials between a conductive polymer membrane and a metal oxide membrane is evaded, in which improvement in writing durability and contact characteristics is achieved, and in which touch panel characteristics are stabilized. SOLUTION: In the touch panel of resistance membrane type, a glass substrate 1 to form an ITO membrane 2 as the lower side substrate, and a transparent resin sheet 4 to form a transparent conductive polymer membrane 3 as the upper side substrate are opposedly arranged via a spacer 5. A thin film 7 by a conductive polymer material is coated and fixed on the upper face of the ITO membrane, and a plurality of dot spacers 6 are arranged on that. The thin film is heated, dried, coated, and fixed after a solution of thin concentration is coated on the ITO membrane surface wherein a conductive polymer material dispersed solution used at forming the transparent conductive polymer membrane is diluted.
