Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing an aminoalkoxysilane compound by substituting in high selectivity a secondary amino group for only one of the alkoxy groups in a dialkoxysilanes. SOLUTION: The method for synthesizing the aminoalkoxysilane compound comprises the following two steps: the first step of conducting a reaction between a dialkoxysilane compound (A) of the formula, R1R2Si(OR3)2, and a metal salt of an amine of the formula, R4NHMXn-1, to obtain a first reaction product including an aminoalkoxysilane compound of the formula, R1R2Si(OR3)NHR4; and the second step of adding, to the above first reaction product, a silane compound (B) of the formula, R5Si(OR6)4-n, having a boiling point differing from that of the above aminoalkoxysilane compound.
