REPLACEMENT-GAS JETTING NOZZLE IN GAS REPLACING BAGGING OPERATION, AND BAG MAKING/FILLING-GAS REPLACING/BAGGING MACHINE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement-gas jetting nozzle which can suppress the jetting speed of replacement gas from the nozzle to a low level, does not cause the soaring-up of powder even if an object to be packaged is powder, and can improve gas-replacement efficiency while reducing a use amount of the replacement gas. SOLUTION: A replacement gas blowing nozzle 1 formed of a sintered material penetrating a filling tube 12 jets out a replacement gas from an infinite number of its micro-pores as if it is sprung up from the whole surface of a nozzle body 2, and spreads while pushing out air around the whole nozzle 1. The air in a bag P1 is pushed out of the bag P1 without being mixed with the replacement gas. The amount of the replacement gas for use can be saved to a small amount since a high efficiency ratio of the gas replacement is obtained even if the jetting velocity is low, and the quantity of the wasteful replacement gas is small, and even if the packaged object is powder, the whirling of the powder can be restrained.
