PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a connection processing time to a receiving side terminal apparatus. SOLUTION: When a communication network is connected to other communication network, in-area information toward an in-area information managing server of the receiving side terminal apparatus is acquired. When the in-area information is acquired, an incoming call related information and an added service information of the receiving side terminal apparatus are acquired simultaneously and they are noticed together with a connection requesting signal. An inquiry from a receiving side exchanger to the in-area information managing server is omitted thereby. As the access to the in-area information managing server does not need to be conducted plural times, a load of the server is reduced and the connection processing time to the receiving side terminal apparatus is reduced.
