Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of suppressing unnecessary deterioration in the imaging quality and increase in the processing time at re-encoding. SOLUTION: Based on re-encoding length information memorized at a re-encoding length information storage portion 11, a re-encoding zone determination portion 21 of a control portion 12 determines a re-encoding length optimal to various re-encoding conditions for re-encoding to be performed by a re-encoding processing portion 13 and then establishes a re-encoding zone.
