ROTARY ELECTRICAL COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electrical component which can set up a wide rotating angle of a rotary member. SOLUTION: A rotary member 2 which can be rotated in a housing portion 1a of a housing 1 is provided with a first and second stopper projections 2e, 2f and a pair of cut-outs 2g, 2h, and a first and second arm portions 3b, 3c of a wound coil spring 2 are locked with one end portions of the above cut-outs 2g, 2h, and a locking projection 8d formed on an outer guide wall 8 of the housing 1 is given a function as a locking portion which locks and unlocks the first and second arm portions 3b, 3c and creates an energizing force in a returning direction to the wound coil spring and a function as a receiving portion which engages and disengages with and from the first and second stopper projections 2e, 2f and controls a rotating angle of the rotary member.
