Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology that is an instruction related to a method for acquiring access right necessary to access a content by an access right protect format, preferably, for effectively downloading a specific data file content having a preview of the data content. SOLUTION: This method for providing the access right to the digital content protected with the access right to a device has steps for: transmitting, to the device, a file having the reproducible instruction having the digital content protected with the access right, and showing the method for acquiring the access right to the digital content protected with the access right, and the digital content protected with the access right; reproducing the reproducible instruction; requiring the access right to the digital content protected with the access right from a content holder; and receiving the access right.
