Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serial communication control system that can perform serial communication easily and efficiently. SOLUTION: In the serial communication control system 100: a second microcomputer 2 has R/B 20 for sending a ready signal representing a reception-enabled state or a busy signal representing a reception-disabled state to a first microcomputer 1; the first microcomputer 1 has R/B 10 for receiving the ready signal or busy signal, and SOUT 11 for sending serial data to the second microcomputer 2 when R/B 10 receives the ready signal; the second microcomputer 2 has SIN 21 for receiving the serial data, and SOUT 22 for sending serial data to the first microcomputer 1 after R/B 20 sends the busy signal to the first microcomputer 1 after receiving the serial data by SIN 21; and the first microcomputer 1 has SIN 12 for receiving the serial data.
