Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a diffusion plate for a direct backlight module and application of the same. SOLUTION: The method of forming the diffusion plate for the direct backlight module and the application of the same are disclosed. When the diffusion plate is formed, it is passed through a roller unit, wherein the roller unit has an upper roller and an under roller and the upper roller has a fine structure on the surface. When the diffusion plate is formed, the upper roller is pressurized and heated and the fine structure of the surface is engraved on the diffusion plate. As a result, when the diffusion plate is applied for the backlight module, the action of the diffusion and the concentration of a light source are carried out without using an optical thin film, and then the cost required for the optical thin film in the backlight module is reduced.
