Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an error of a camera having an angular velocity sensor. SOLUTION: The camera 12 is placed on a turntable 10 and rotated, and angular velocity is detected by angular velocity sensors 14 and 16 and also a CZP chart 20 is photographed. The movement of the camera is calculated as a moving locus on an imaging surface of a point light source from output values from the angular velocity sensors 14 and 16, and the tilt of the moving locus is compared with the tilt of a zero cross line of data obtained by Fourier transform of a photographic image, whereby the relative tilt angles of the angular velocity sensors 14 and 16 to an image sensor are calculated. Furthermore, when the interval of a zero cross line of data obtained by Fourier transform of PSF does not match that of the zero cross line of the data obtained by Fourier transform of the photographic image, a computer 22 determines that the error is included in the angular velocity sensor or the focal length of a photographic lens, and a correction coefficient is calculated from the ratio of the intervals of both zero cross lines, so as to eliminate the error.
