Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece with a radio function having an excellent fine appearance, a high-grade feeling and excellent strength, enabling an antenna stored inside to receive a radio wave surely. SOLUTION: This timepiece with a radio function is equipped with a housing; the antenna stored in the housing for receiving a radio wave from the outside; a dial arranged in the housing; a conductive circular member arranged on the outer circumference of the dial; and at least one slit formed on the circular member, for dividing the circular member in the circumferential direction.
