GAS REMOVING FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas removing filter with high gas permeability and adsorption capacity of gaseous impurity components, and a long service life. SOLUTION: This gas removing filter is composed by stacking two-dimensional mesh-like structures 1 having adsorbability, and has structure of through-holes 3 keeping the size of the mesh formed by continuously disposing the two-dimensional mesh-like structures 1 aligning meshes in relation to the air advancing direction 2 when taking in air. Continuous disposing of the structures 1 with aligned meshes allows the presence of the through-holes 3 near to the size of the mesh in the filter. Air flows selectively through air passages 26 provided by the through-holes 3, providing the gas removing filter having a long service life and high gas permeability. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
