PURIFIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently purify a fluid to be purified by generating discharge plasma over the whole region into which the fluid to be purified is introduced. SOLUTION: The purifier 1 is equipped with a purification treatment part 2 for purifying water by plasma, an introducing part 3 for introducing water to be treated into the purification treatment part 2 and a lead-out passage 4 for leading out the treated water. The purification treatment part 2 has at least one water flow channel 21 and a plurality of plasma generators 5, which is equipped with a discharge electrode 6 and an earth electrode 60 both of which are opposed to each other, are arranged to the water flow channel 21. A high voltage applying device for applying high voltage to the discharge electrode 6 intermittently applied to the discharge electrode 6 in determined timing is connected to the respective plasma generators 5.
