EXPLANT-NIPPING DEVICE AND CULTURE KIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that an explant adhered to a culture surface is peeled from the culture surface. SOLUTION: An operator puts an explant T on the center C of a putting area, while pushing down an operation button 43. Then, the pushdown of the operation button 43 is cancelled. Thus, a pushing portion 49 of an arm 40 pushes the explant T put on a culture area 32 by the energization force of a flat spring 50. Then, the operator lightly pushes down the tip 52a of an extended portion 52 to engage the hook 54 of the arm 40 with a linear projection 36. Thereby, even when a small force is suddenly added in a direction pushing down the operation button 43, the separation of the pushing portion 49 from the culture surface 32 can be prevented, because the hook 54 is engaged with the linear projection 36.
