TISSUE-NIPPING DEVICE AND CULTURE KIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability, when treating a tissue piece or a culture tissue. SOLUTION: An operator pushes down an operation button 43 of an arm 40 with a single finger in a state opening the zipper 22 of a culture bag 20. Thereby, a force for swinging the arm 40 is applied so that a press portion 49 is upward separated from a culture surface 32 on a pin 42 against the urging force of a flat spring 50. Consequently, the tip 52a of an extended portion 52 is lifted to a prescribed position against the energization of the flat spring 50. Herein, the lower surface 20a of the culture bag 20 is pushed to the base 31, and the upper surface 20b is upward lifted with the tip 52a of the extended portion 52. Therefore, the opening 24 of the culture bag 20 is largely opened. Since the lateral width of the arm 40 is smaller than the lateral width of the base 31, a space above the culture surface 32 is not occupied with the arm 40, and a working space in the culture bag 20 is enough enlarged.
