SOLUTION: A ground-leveling cover 1 is equipped with a cover body 30, installed on the lower end side of a rear cover 15 covering the rear of a tilling part 11 and having a ground-leveling surface a and a mounting member 31 for making the cover body 30 engage with an engaging member 24 on the lower back surface of the rear cover 15 so as to be freely disengageable. Both the right and left sides of the cover body 30 are closed to form a cavity body 30A having a flat space K long in the front and the rear, when viewed from the side, and the ground-leveling surface a is formed on the undersurface of the cavity body 30A to join the mounting member 31 to the top surface b.
