MOS RESISTANCE CONTROLLER AND MOS ATTENUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MOS resistance controller capable of improving control precision of a MOS resistance, and a MOS attenuator using the same. SOLUTION: The MOS resistance controller includes two or more MOS transistors which have sources and drains connected in series, the outermost source among the series-connected sources and drains being connected to a first reference potential; a current source inserted/connected between the outermost drain among the series-connected sources and drains of the two or more MOS transistors and a second reference potential; and an operational amplifier which has first and second input terminals and an output terminal such that a third reference potential is supplied to the first input terminal, the second input terminal is connected to a connection node between the outermost drain and second reference potential, and the output terminal is connected to the gates of the two or more MOS transistors.
