Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable terminal processed article which achieves impedance matching nature, lightweight, and miniaturization. SOLUTION: In an end part of a coaxial cable (1) which prepares a metal plating layer (1c) in outer surroundings of a fluororesindielectric layer (1b) which covers an inner conductor (1a) as a shield layer, the metal plating layer (1c) and fluororesindielectric layer (1b) are removed in a predetermined length from an end, and an inner conductor (1a) is exposed. In the coaxial cable workpiece in which the coaxial cable (1) is connected to a connection element (3), a ring shape dielectric (2) for impedance adjustment is attached in penetration state to a non-connection part of the exposed inner conductor (1a) between the exposed metal plating layer (1c) of the coaxial cable (1) and a radiation element (3a) on an antenna substrate (3).
