Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible heater in which a terminal part is filled so that no space is left around it, with proper adhesive properties and with very proper heat resistance by having a heat-generating body circuit, containing the terminal part to which a lead wire is bonded is covered by the thermal fusion of a multilayer polyimide film, and to provide the manufacturing method for the flexible heater. SOLUTION: At least, the flexible heater comprises multilayer polyimide films (A) and (B), provided with thermal fusion polyimide surface layers which are 1 to 10 μm thick, the heat-generating circuit (C) with the terminal part to which the lead wire is bonded, and thermoplastic polyimide resin (D) with a glass transition temperature of 200 to 300°C. The heat-generating circuit (C) including the terminal part is fused thermally and held between the multilayer polyimide film (A) and (B). Furthermore, the gap around the terminal part, to which the lead wire in the heat-generating circuit (B) is bonded, is filled by the thermoplastic polyimide resin (D) and has thermal fusion carried out on it.
