COMPUTER MANAGEMENT SERVER IN REMOTE ACCESS ENVIRONMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the occurrence of failure cannot be immediately grasped, because there is neither a mechanism for a user to know whether his or her computer becomes accessible at starting or whether termination is successfully completed at termination, nor a mechanism for a manager to manage status of computers of a whole system, in a remote access environment such as a thin client system or the like. SOLUTION: The manager is provided with operation status of the whole system by arranging three management servers, an acceptance server for accepting an access request from a user, a computer control server for controlling the power source of a target computer for the access request, and a switch control server for performing access control for the computer, and by installing an agent function for notifying the computer control server of control progress situation in the computer, and notifying progress situation during connection during which users are frequently made to wait via the computer control sever so as to reduce stress and waiting time of users.
