Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct-current capacitor testing device of high reliability in predicting deterioration of a direct-current capacitor. SOLUTION: The testing direct-current capacitors 1, 2 are connected in series to a secondary coil of a withstand voltage transformer 4 outputting electric power of a high-frequency inverter 3, a direct-current electric power source is connected to the respective testing direct-current capacitors 1, 2, and a high-frequency voltage from the high-frequency inverter 3 is impressed under the condition where a direct-current voltage is impressed to the testing direct-current capacitors 1, 2.
