METHOD FOR PROVIDING AND OBTAINING COLOR MATCHED POWDER COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a method for providing a color matched coating material, which can shorten the color matching time and can achieve a cost reduction and an improvement in color accuracy without occurrence of a difference in colors between a coating material maker and a user of the coating material, and to present a method for shortening the lead time of a pigment-kneaded type color matched powder coating (a powder coating material kneaded and ground with pigment resins of multiple colors, additives and the like, and if necessary, classified and subjected to color matching) by utilizing the color matching. SOLUTION: The method for providing a user with a color matched coating material, prepared from powder coating materials of multiple original colors, comprises the processes of receiving data for blending coating materials subjected to color matching from a user, weighing and mixing powder coating materials of multiple original colors based on the blending data to produce a color matched coating material, and sending the color matched coating material to the user. In addition, the method serves to produce a pigment-kneaded type color matched powder coating material, based on the pigment data derived from the blending ratio in the blended color matched coating material.
