Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polyol based on a fatty acid ester and a starter compound having Zerewitinoff-active hydrogen atoms and the use thereof for manufacturing a polyurethane material. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the polyether-ester polyol is characterized in that the polyether-ester polyol is obtained by reacting the starter compound having the Zerewitinoff-active hydrogen atoms according to the basic catalyst reaction with an alkylene oxide in the presence of a fatty acid ester.
