Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandwich panel made of polyimide composite material which has thermal resistance of 300°C or more, and can be utilized as a structure material, a thermal insulation material, a vibration insulator or a sound absorption material having light weight and high rigidity, and to provide the manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for manufacturing the sandwich panel. The sandwich panel is made of the polyimide composite material where a foamed polyimide 11 of core material is sandwiched and integrally formed between a long-fiber added reinforced polyimide sheets (hard body) 10, and which has the thermal resistance of 300°C or more. Alternatively, the sandwich panel is made of the polyimide composite material where the foamed polyimide of the core material is sandwiched and integrally formed between the long-fiber added reinforced polyimide sheets (hardened body) by disposing a prepreg long fiber impregnated with additive polyimide precursor on both sides of the foamed polyimide and heating at the temperature of 300°C while pressing with a compression press machine.
