Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data managing apparatus which enables the lighter-loading retrieval of printing objective data for which a printing processing in an image forming apparatus connected to the outside is estimated, the image forming apparatus and an image forming system. SOLUTION: A pull printing mark is added to a file for which the printing processing (pull printing) by a printing indication from the image forming apparatus connected to the outside is estimated. The pull printing mark can be added to a plurality of the files, and when a search is performed from the outside image forming apparatus, as it is possible to make only the file to which the pull printing mark is added to be an object for retrieval, loading of retrieval can be reduced.
