Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of cracking or wrinkles damaging the appearance of woody veneer in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This decorative material 10 is constituted of reinforcing cloth 12 and the woody veneer 11 having the reinforcing cloth 12 laminated to its one side by a roll press. The reinforcing cloth 12 is equipped with a fabric 14 and the spot-like adhesive 15 provided so as to be scattered over the surface facing the woody veneer 11 of the fabric 14. The apparent Young's modulus of the fabric 14 is set to 0.025-0.300 kN/mm2. The adhesive 15 is provided in a planar shape with the maximum area of 0.05-0.3 mm and set to 15-45 pieces/inch.
