Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handleable high performance microbubble generation device stably and efficiently generating a large amount of microbubbles in liquid in a short time by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A vessel having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet is provided with a rotary impeller therein, the impeller being formed to generate a turbulent flow by its rotation. The impeller may be formed in such a manner that the reflection direction of fluid particles impinging while rotation becomes near to the rotation center from the rotational tangential direction, at least at a part on the blades. Irregular parts or irregular members for agitating the fluid may be provided on the impeller or the inside wall part of the vessel. An air vent may be provided near the rotation center line of the impeller, and the air vent may be communicated with any one of a vacuum device, a gas injection device or an atmospheric opening.
