SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting element comprises a first region A containing a first conductive-type semiconductor having a first surface 10a and a second surface 11b, a second region B containing a second conductive-type semiconductor having a first surface 13a and a second surface 15a, and a light-emitting layer 12 arranged between the second surface 11b of the first region A and the first surface 13a of the second region B.
