Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of contributing to achievement of downsizing and light weight, securement of shock resistance, and improvement in manufacturing efficiency, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery which has a battery element 10 made by winding or laminating a positive electrode and a negative electrode through a separator and a battery element outer package member which is made of a laminated film and surrounds the battery element, and in which the battery element outer package member is sealed along the surroundings of the battery element, while leading the electrode terminal of the positive electrode and the negative electrode to the outside, a battery sheath material 18 to surround the battery element outer package member, and a protection circuit board 32 which is built in the battery sheath material and can control voltage and current of the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. The battery sheath material contains a shape-keeping polymer of post-curing type and a filler, and the filler is metal oxide such as silicon, aluminum, zirconium, zinc, calcium, and magnesium, and the average particle size of the filler is 0.5-40 μm.
