Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a general user or an information delivery agent to easily provide data to electronic equipment using a code represented by a pattern image, and to improve the convenience of the data provided using the code represented by the pattern image. SOLUTION: A barcode issuing server 30 converts content data received from a development machine 10A of a content provider to a two-dimensional barcode which is optically readable by a cellular phone 50, and returns image data of the two-dimensional barcode to the development machine 10A. The barcode issuing server 30 calculates an issuing charge of two-dimensional barcode according to the reading expiration date of the content data converted to the two-dimensional barcode, the volume of the content data converted to the two-dimensional barcode, or the like.
