VEHICLE DYNAMIC NAVIGATION METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle dynamic navigation method and system. SOLUTION: In the vehicle dynamic navigation method and system, a vehicle-mounted main device computes total navigation routes on the basis of a set travel starting location and a set travel destination, receives positioning data of a current location of a vehicle from a global positioning system device, and transits it to a remote road condition information server by a wireless transmitting and receiving device. The remote road condition information server provides instant traffic control congestion data of at least one neighborhood area on the basis of the positioning data and transmits it to the vehicle-mounted main device. The vehicle-mounted main device generates areal navigation routes on the basis of the total navigation routes included in the neighborhood area, determines whether the areal navigation routes coincide with the instant traffic control congestion data, and newly computes areal navigation routes when they coincide with each other.
