SOLUTION: Durable ion can be formed by combining ion generation water, steam, ultraviolet, and pulse discharge. Fuel is saved, exhaust gas is made clean, health of human body is maintained and rust of material is prevented by using the gas as pretreatment gas of petroleum combustion.
