Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional polyester-based fabric having improved water repellency, oil repellency etc., anti-staining functions with excellent washing durability imparted thereto and high level of the washing durability. SOLUTION: The polyester-based fabric is obtained by sandwiching a polyester-based fabric immersed in a methanol solution of a vinyl monomer containing a fluorine atom in a molecule between films so as to be pressed, removing the excessive monomer and oxygen, then irradiating the fabric with electron beams and subsequently carrying out graft polymerization at a temperature of 40-70°C.
