Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating agent for a low-refractive index layer having excellent adhesivity to a lower layer and an antireflection film having excellent scratch resistance, using the same. SOLUTION: The coating agent for forming the low-refractive index layer of the antireflection film comprises a radically polymerizable compound and 0.5-9.0 wt.% of an ethylenic unsaturated group-containing acidic phosphoric acid ester in the solid content of the coating agent.
