Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for mixing a coating agent for hair, which well applies the coating agent to the hair with a brush or a comb and also to provide a method for using it. SOLUTION: This tray 10 for mixing the coating agent for the hair is used as a container for mixing the coating agent for the hair applied on the hair by using an applying tool 40 before applying it on the hair. In this mixing tray 10, a channel part 31 with a shape matching a brush part 41 of the applying tool 40 is formed. By using the tray 10 for mixing such a constitution as above, even when the applying tool 40 whose brush part 41 is hardly deformed is used, the coating agent for the hair is well applied on the hair.
