APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING CERAMIC GREEN SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method by which a ceramic green sheet can be formed while inhibiting the deformation or the like of the sheet containing a water-insoluble binder. SOLUTION: The apparatus for forming the ceramic green sheet is provided with: a drying channel for drying and forming a slurry-coated material while conveying it; a hollow cover body which is arranged to a part of a drying channel so as to include the upstream area of the slurry coated material in its flow direction, includes a humidity control region formed inside thereof and serving as an air flow path, and includes a temperature control region formed between the outside and the inner wall of the drying channel and serving as a warm air flow path; an air blowing unit which is arranged orthogonal to the flow direction of the slurry-coated material in the cover body and has a plurality of air blowing ports for feeding the air inside the cover body from the upstream side of the flow direction of the slurry-coated material; a humidity control part for controlling the humidity of the air; and a flow rate control part for controlling the air flow rate.
