Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job applicant information registration server, etc. which can efficiently process affiliate points in addition to the registration of job applicant information in collecting information concerned with a job applicant applying a job offer of an enterprise or the like by using Internet affiliates in a special site of job offer information. SOLUTION: A job offer site server is provided with a job offer web page in each job offer matter, allows the web page to be linked from a Blog site and adds an affiliate point to a link source Blog site manager by using a state that job applicant information is registered in the web page as a trigger. A simple authentication method for collating ID with a password by using an e-mail is adopted to register the job applicant information, and while maintaining efficient system processing, a risk that an illegal affiliate point may be acquired by the registration of dummy job applicant information is reduced.
