WATER SUPPLY PUMP UNIT AND REFRIGERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply pump unit improving cover attaching/detaching operability and making it hard for dust or the like to remain. SOLUTION: The water supply pump unit comprises a water supply container body 4 detachably provided in a container storage space 3; a rotating drive part 5 provided on the back face side of a wall surface 2 constituting the container storage space 3; a rotated drive part 6 provided at the water supply container body 4 and facing the rotating drive part 5 with the wall surface 2 held in between; an impeller 7 provided at the rotated drive part 6 and facing the inside of the water supply container body 4; a cover 8 engagedly held into the water supply container body 4 to cover the impeller 7; engaging parts 4a, 4b provided at the water supply container body 4; a plurality of operating tongue pieces 8c, 8d integrally provided at the cover 8 and elastically deformable; and engaged parts 8h, 8i provided at the operating tongue pieces 8c, 8d and engaged with the engaging parts 4a, 4b to hold the cover 8 to the water supply container body 4.
