Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a current-carrying loss and overheating, when current-carrying to an electric heater is abnormal. SOLUTION: This PCV valve 1 has the electric heater 6 for heating, current-carrying wiring 23, 25 and 26 for carrying an electric current to the electric heater 6, and a temperature fuse 7 or an electric current fuse 28 for cutting off the current-carrying of the current-carrying wiring 23, 25 and 26 before the electric heater 6 overheats when the current-carrying is abnormal. The electric heater 6 is arranged inside a resin housing 3, and includes a bobbin 21 having a flange, a recessed part arranged in the flange and a coil 22 arranged on the outer periphery of the bobbin 21. The electric heater 6 and the temperature fuse 7 are insertably molded in a main housing 4 in a state of incorporating the temperature fuse 7 into the recessed part.
