Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiadhesive material simultaneously satisfying 6 conditions, (A) reducing the adhesion, (B) having superior biocompatibility and little foreign-body reaction, (C) having superior handling property, (D) having a simple manufacturing method, (E) being bioabsorbable and (F) having antibacterial property. SOLUTION: This antiadhesive material is formed of a composite matrix of polysaccharides, aliphatic ester and medical agent, the polysaccharides are pullulan and/or pullulan derivative, and the viscosity of 10 wt.% aqueous solution of the polysaccharides is 50-250 mm2/s. The aliphatic ester is copolymer of lactic acid, glycolic acid and -caprolactone, and the molar ratio of the copolymer is poly (L-lactic acid)/polyglycolic acid/poly (α-caprolactone)=60-80/5-15/15-25.
