ELECTRODE MEMBER, SEMICONDUCTOR ELEMENT, WIRING BOARD AND ELECTRIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode member enabling a change into fine pitches. SOLUTION: In the electrode member 10, stoppers 15 are fitted or the widths of second openings 17 placed on the downstream sides of the flows of an adhesive are narrowed, and conductive particles 22 flowing in passages 19 are dammed up and are not made to flow out and left surely in the passages 19. Since the conductive particles 22 can be arranged surely on lands 11, the lands 11 and terminals for other electrical parts are certainly connected electrically. Even when distances among the lands 11 are narrowed, the conductive particles 22 are interrupted by wall members 16, and are not brought into contact with the adjacent lands 11, thus generating no short circuit.
