Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate superior in acting characteristics such as a deposition characteristic, a flying characteristic and the like, a method for manufacturing the nozzle plate, a liquid droplet jet head, a method for manufacturing the liquid droplet jet head, and a liquid droplet jet device. SOLUTION: This nozzle plate comprises a fluid channel opened on its front face, a liquid chamber communicating with the fluid channel, and a nozzle hole communicating with the liquid chamber and being opened to the rear face.
