Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery structure in which a film electrode assembly is joined between a cathode channel plate and an anode channel plate by an ultrasonic welding means. SOLUTION: The fuel battery structure includes the film electrode assembly, the cathode channel plate, and the anode channel plate. The film electrode assembly includes at least one film electrode set, an upper enclosure plate, and a lower enclosure plate. The film electrode set is disposed between the upper enclosure plate and the lower enclosure plate, which are made of a material that can be melted by the ultrasonic welding means. The cathode channel plate is of a plate structure, and is joined to the upper enclosure plate of the film electrode assembly. The anode channel plate is of a plate structure, and is joined to the lower enclosure plate of the film electrode assembly. The cathode channel plate and the anode channel plate are made of a material that can be melted by the ultrasonic welding means. The cathode channel plate, the film electrode set, and the anode channel plate are stacked in decreasing order, and are joined together by the ultrasonic welding means to form a piece of structure.
