Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff traceability system installed in a retail store, and easily used by any consumer. SOLUTION: This foodstuff traceability display system installed in the retail store has an in-store server 80, a foodstuff traceability display terminal 90, and a wireless LAN network device 100 connecting the in-store server 80 and the foodstuff traceability display terminal 90. The foodstuff traceability display terminal 90 has a display terminal device 900, a liquid crystal monitor 910, and a bar-code reader 920 as fundamental means. The consumer uses the bar-code reader 920 to read a code of a bar-code label stuck onto a foodstuff commodity to be purchased by only one-touch of a read operation button of the bar-code reader 920 to browse traceability information of the target foodstuff commodity in the store.
