APPARATUS FOR RECORDING IN-HOSPITAL ACTIVITY OF MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING SALE PROMOTION OF MEDICINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recording the in-hospital activities of an MR (Medical Representative) capable of reducing the effort required of an MR to keep records, and allowing a hospital to accurately track the in-hospital activities of the MR and at the same time check how rules for hospital visits are observed, thereby allowing evaluation from an overall point of view. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a database 110 with an activity history information storage part 114 in which an MR's entry/exit history, information on doctors or the like who have met with him, and information on medicine explained are recorded in association with one another; a means for updating the corresponding MR's activity history information in the activity history information storage part 114 based on the MR's entry/exit history that is input when the MR enters or exits, and the information on the people who met him and the medicine explained; and a monitoring process part 131 for creating a variety of monitoring screens by reading the MR's in-hospital activity history from the activity history information storage part 114 according to a monitoring request input by an in-hospital manager from the input device 103.
