Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring accurately an amount of a substance to be measured in a urine specimen or a diluted urine specimen, and a reagent used in the method, in immunological measurement for a component in urine. SOLUTION: This immunological measuring reagent (for example, standard solution, dilution solution, or reaction reagent) for the component in the urine of the present invention contains at least one kind of substance selected from a group comprising urea, potassium thiocyanate, guanidine hydrochloride, imidazole, hydantoin, hippuric acid and sodium urate.
