Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platform for a turbomachine capable of compressing primary stream air as effectively as possible in given number of blades carried by the platform. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fan platform 40 of a bypass turbomachine having a primary stream and a secondary stream. The platform 40 defines a portion of a surface of a nose around which the primary stream flows and that carries blades 30 extending radially outwards from the platform. Between two adjacent blades 30, the platform 40 has at least one rib 50 projecting into a space 38 between the two blades 30, the rib being designed to participate in compressing the primary air stream.
